Take the cable car in Pontresina to Alp Languard. Follow the signs to Unterer Schafsberg and further in the direction Muottas Muragl. After you cross the mountain stream, take the path that ascends to Lej Muragl. Once you reach the mountain lake, follow to signs to Muottas Muragl station to go back down down to the valley.
