Start the hike at Grand Paradis in Champéry. Take the ascending path through the forest towards Roc Coupé. Once you come out of the forest, enjoy the view of the steep cliffs at the end of the valley. Continue your hike following the signs towards Bonavau. Cross the suspension bridge over the mountain stream and admire the breath-taking view of the glaciers. Follow the steadily ascending path to the Refuge de Bonavau where you take the steep track towards Signal de Bonavau. You have reached the highest point of your hike. Go down by following the signs via Sous la Dent to Barme. From Barme a steep gravel road brings you back down to Grand Paradis.
