This one-way hike offers spectacular scenery, with its wild vallies, rough mountain peaks and a change of spotting wildlife.

Take the bus 811 from Zernez to station Vallun Chafuol P3. Follow the signs to Murter. The path will first go down through the forest until you need to cross the river Spöl. After the bridge the track starts to ascend in a zig-zag until Murter. Rewarding views into the valley keep you going until the end. At the top you might spot some wildlife before taking the descending zig-zag path to the mountain hut Chamanna Cluozza. Go further down and cross a wooden bridge over the river Ova da Cluozza. Your last ascent through the forest starts directly after the bridge. Follow the track until you spot the signs back down to Zernez.
